Week 2...

Weighed in first thing this morning and the scale didn't budge one ioda!! So in a very grumpy mood went to the gym and ran 4.5 next to "Mrs. Stinky Pants" and then went home to hop in the shower to get ready for work!
Amazing what you can work out of your system when feeling a bit pissy (pun totally intended)and on a side note, the bathrooms should be closer to the treadmills for we mothers who have had more than one child, I waste a lot of time wandering through the weights to the bathroom and back again, and then trying to get my running mojo back on the treadmill.
Stepped on the scale after stinky workout and had lost 3 pounds... yeah! 8 pounds total to date.
This weeks challenge- WATER still going to work on getting that water into me!
Ran total 23 miles last week... shooting for 26 this week!
